Develop a mindful presence and learn that there is power in slowing down. This class focuses on breath, linking breath with movement, and being fully present in the moment. While calming the mind is key, it also builds strength, enhances balance, and flexibility. Beginners to experienced yogis welcome!

Sleep is the foundation of physical and mental well-being. Yet for many of us, insufficient, inconsistent, or fragmented sleep has become all too common. In this workshop you will learn proven strategies that improve sleep. We will practice relaxation and mindfulness skills that will help you set the stage for the good night's sleep your body needs and deserves.

The Personal Guidance System method focuses on building deep awareness of your thought patterns, emotions and your body's physical reactions to help you uncover beliefs that limit you and replace them with beliefs that empower you to consciously create a life you love to live with clarity, confidence and compassion. Cupping Massage Class with mary henderson

Come and learn how to use soft silicone massage cups to give deep relief of muscle tension and pain in less than half the time and with less than half of the effort! These cups can be easily moved for a massage-like experience that can be integrated right into your manual work. Or they can be left in place to address tight areas, providing deeper release. The use of these cups is so flexible, the most painful trigger point can be gently released, or tighter areas can be more strongly engaged for deeper release! Class will include ample hands on training time to help you feel confident to use your new skills! Clients and therapists love this work and are amazed at the results!
