We offer extensive modalities of massage and bodywork to support you in your quest for optimal health and wellbeing. Studies of the benefits of massage demonstrate that it is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension, while positively influencing the systems of our bodies. Each of our therapists will customize a treatment to best serve your wellness goals and needs. 

We offer stress-free, flat rate pricing which allows us to draw from a multitude of techniques. Unlike traditional spas and studios, every minute matters at Sundance! Receive a full 30/60/90/120 Min Massage. This may include any of the following: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Orthopedic, Sports, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Stretching, Oncology, Craniosacral, Manual Lymph Drainage, Prenatal, Reflexology and/or cupping.

For those clients who want to make a commitment to their health and save money, we also offer package pricing. Buy 5 sessions and receive the 6th FREE!

Massage packages must be used within 3 months after 1st visit. Cannot use both Student/Senior discount & Package. Packages cannot be shared, although you can gift ONE session.

Please note, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations will result in a late cancel fee of 25% of the cost of service and no-shows will result in a fee of 50% of the cost of service.

Energy Work

Reiki, Chakra Balancing and/or Shamanic Energy Work promote relaxation, balance and healing. Based on scientific principles and common in many hospitals today as an important tool to maximize patient care, energy work is widely recognized as an incredibly supportive and transformative modality.
